The treatment

What is Aroma Relax massage?

Aroma Relax is the gentlest massage on the Cora Spa menu and the one most guests start with. Your therapist warms a scented oil in the hands and works over the back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet in slow, even strokes. The pressure stays light to medium, so the aim is to relax the whole body, not to work out deep knots.

It is the right choice when you are tired after work, short on sleep, just off a flight, or simply want an hour of quiet. If you would like firmer work on specific tight spots, look at deep tissue or Thai massage instead.

Why guests book it

A calm, slow massage for general relaxation
Light to medium pressure that suits a first massage
A good reset after a long flight or a long week
One of the lowest-priced treatments on the menu, from AED 150
